The problem

Your tools flag 1,000+ recommendations. Your team merges 12.

Dashboards surface waste but stop at the pull request. Platform and FinOps leads get triage fatigue while CFOs see the same Azure bill next quarter. This is not a visibility problem — it's an execution gap.

The Infralign difference

The Golden Triangle.

One-dimensional tools cut cost and break architecture, or protect architecture and ignore cost. Infralign correlates all three pillars so the AI staff architect can refactor safely without production outages.

Infrastructure cost

Ingests Azure billing telemetry, FOCUS data, and reservation pricing to size the real waste, not a line-item guess.

Infrastructure architecture

Validates against the Azure Well-Architected Framework, Terraform state, and Bicep templates before any change is proposed.

−€24,000/mo on one SQL estate consolidation PR, zero blast radius

Application & data architecture

Reads GitHub repos, architecture decision records, database schemas, and data pipeline topologies so refactors respect app contracts.

62% SQL cost reduction with no application code changes

How it works

Three steps from read-only to merge-ready.

Connect telemetry. Correlate cost with architecture and code. Merge architecture-aware pull requests. No agents to install, no write paths to production.

Connect

Read-only onboarding across Azure subscriptions, GitHub, and Teams. No agents, no write scopes, no standing privilege.

Safety

Three gates between the agent and your production estate.

The AI staff architect is architecture-aware by design, not retrofitted with guardrails. Every change earns its way to merge through hard rules, validation, and human approval.

Read-only access

Connects through Azure Resource Graph, billing, and repo scopes with read-only permissions — no write paths, no standing privilege.

Sandboxed validation

Every recommendation is scored and validated against Well-Architected rules and Terraform or Bicep state before a pull request is drafted.

Human in the loop

Merge-ready PRs route to a tech lead in Teams with cost impact, blast radius, and app code changes surfaced before approval.

Founder

The method that saved one Irish enterprise €750K a year, now encoded in an agent.

Dr. Tahir Rabbani spent 20+ years as an enterprise architect and ran Azure-native platforms at GridBeyond, where he built the Infralign programme by hand. He holds a PhD from TU Delft and co-founded Infralign to encode that methodology so every Azure CTO can ship the same result without a three-person, four-month review cycle. Co-founder Rakhi Gupta (PhD, Erasmus) leads IP, commercialisation, and go-to-market. Today the same programme runs in 4–6 weeks with one engineer.
